I M ANGRY

Image
I’m Angry – What Should I Do? Anger is a universal emotion. It’s a natural response of the body and mind when we feel hurt, disrespected, or out of control. The issue isn’t feeling angry – it’s how we handle it. 🔥 What Happens When You’re Angry When anger hits, your body goes into “fight or flight” mode , your heartbeat rises, breathing quickens, and muscles tense up.  While this reaction once helped humans survive danger, in modern life it often causes impulsive reactions: shouting, saying hurtful things, or shutting down emotionally.   1.How to Recognize and Manage Anger Acknowledge your anger without judgment. Say to yourself: “I’m feeling angry, and that’s okay.” Emotions aren’t enemies – they’re messages. 2. Pause and breathe. Take a step back. Physical distance helps calm the body and clears the mind for better decisions. 3. Ask: “What is this anger trying to tell me?” Anger often hides deeper feelings – sadness, fear, or the need for respect and fairness. 4. Ex...

THE MARRIAGE

Image
The Marriage Bond – A Covenant of Love, Faithfulness, and Growth 💕💕💕 Marriage is far more than a legal agreement or a social institution; it is a sacred covenant between two people who choose to share their lives, love, and purpose. In a world where relationships are often fleeting and feelings temporary, marriage remains one of the most powerful testimonies of humanity’s capacity for lasting love, commitment, and sacrifice. The Foundation of Marriage: Love That Gives, Not Takes True love in marriage isn’t measured by how much we receive, but by how much we’re willing to give. It’s a love that builds up, forgives, and seeks the good even in difficult times. In a healthy marriage, love isn’t just a feeling it’s a choice. A choice to keep choosing your spouse, day after day, through every season of life. As the Bible beautifully says: “Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” (1 Corinthians 13:7) That’s the essence of marital love, a love grou...

TRANSIENCE

Image
TRANSIENCE - the Silent Teacher of Life Everything in this world passes. Days melt into nights, laughter into silence, a flower into a seed. And as we rush between duties and expectations, we often forget that transience is the most honest truth of life . Nothing lasts forever and that’s exactly why everything has meaning. 🍂 Time That Waits for No One They say time is like a river  you can never step into the same water twice. Every moment that passes is gone forever. It sounds a little sad, doesn’t it? But within that sadness lies beauty   time teaches us to value the present moment . If we could stop what we love from changing, we’d lose the essence of growth and transformation. So when you find yourself longing for the days that have passed remember: without them, you wouldn’t be who you are today. 🌸 Beauty in Disappearance A flower that never withers would not be a miracle of nature  it would be plastic. Beauty is born from transience. W...

Depression...

🌧️ Depression, Dissatisfaction, and God -  When the Soul Seeks Light In today’s world, where everything must be fast, successful, and beautiful, more and more people silently carry the weight of depression and deep dissatisfaction. What may look like a “normal life” on the outside can often be an inner struggle for meaning. And many people begin to ask: Where is God in all of this? Why does He allow us to sink, to lose strength, will, and joy? When Dissatisfaction Turns Into Emptiness Dissatisfaction often begins quietly, a small disappointment, an unmet expectation, a sense that “nothing makes sense anymore.” If left unhealed, it slowly grows into an inner emptiness. A person no longer finds joy in what once inspired them; peace fades away, and they withdraw into themselves. That is the moment when the soul whispers: “Something isn’t right. I’m missing something deeper.” And that’s when the real battle begins, between human weakness and the Divine call. God and Depression,...

God Wants Your Health

Image
God Wants Your Health God did not create you to live in sickness, weakness, or fear. His intention was never for you to spend your life battling pain, worry, or exhaustion. When He created man, He breathed into him His breath of life , health, strength, and peace. This is God’s original design for you: a life of fullness, not of mere survival. In the Scriptures, we see that God always reveals Himself as the One who heals. In the Old Testament, He calls Himself “Jehovah Rapha” - the Lord who heals you. (Exodus 15:26) God has not changed. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He healed in the past, He still heals today. When you look at the ministry of Jesus, you will notice something remarkable - Jesus never turned away anyone who came to Him seeking healing.  He never said, “Your sickness is My will” or “This is for your good.” On the contrary, He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil ( Acts 10:38). That was no coincidence - that wa...

A Story of Courage and Healing

Walking with Wounds  A Story of Courage and Healing Introduction: We All Carry Wounds No one goes through life untouched. Each of us carries wounds, some visible, etched into our skin, and some invisible, hidden deep in our hearts. These wounds remind us of losses, disappointments, struggles, and pain. Yet, they also shape us, teach us, and make us who we are. To walk with wounds does not mean giving up. It means choosing life, even when it hurts. Ernest Hemingway once wrote: “The world breaks everyone, and afterward, many are strong at the broken places.” Our wounds are not the end of our story. They can become the source of strength, wisdom, and compassion. Wounds That Shape Us When we look back at our lives, it is easy to feel sorrow over what hurt us. But wounds are more than scars of suffering, they are proof that we survived. I once overheard an elderly woman on a train telling her granddaughter: "Do you see these wrinkles? They are the footprints of my life. Each has ...
