"TRUE PEACE "

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.” (John 14:27)

How often do we search for peace, only to find temporary relief?

People look for peace in success, security, possessions, or relationships, but that peace can vanish the moment circumstances change.

In the Gospel of John, Jesus reminds us that His peace is not like the peace the world gives.

🌿 What is Christ’s peace?

It is a deep trust in God that remains even when everything around us falls apart. It’s not the absence of problems, but the assurance that God is holding us in the midst of life’s storms.

🌿 Examples from daily life:

In sickness: Someone facing a serious diagnosis can find peace by resting on God’s promises and knowing they are not alone.

In financial struggles: While others panic about uncertainty, a believer can quietly trust that God will always provide.

In conflict

When misunderstandings arise in family or at work, Christ’s peace guards the heart from bitterness and gives strength to forgive.

🌿 Why did Jesus say “my peace I give you”?

Because His peace does not depend on circumstances but on relationship with Him.

When He is with us, something miraculous happens in our hearts, a peace that surpasses all understanding.     (Philippians 4:7).

👉 If you are searching for peace, seek Christ. He does not promise a life without problems, but He promises a heart filled with security, strength, and love.

🙏 Prayer:

“Lord Jesus, thank You for Your peace.

Teach me not to seek temporary peace in things that fade, but in You who remain forever.

Fill my heart with Your peace and help me to share it with others.”
